The Parkville Towne Center Fair | Vendor Conditions & Guidelines
The following are additional rules and restrictions to which you are subject as a vendor at this event. You will receive another copy of these guidelines with your Vendor Acceptance Letter.
You are required to provide a copy of a “certificate of insurance” for liability coverage and must add the Parkville-Carney Business Association, Inc. as additional insureds for this event. Generally, a call to your insurance company to add this information will not result in additional expense. Please have your insurance company mail the document to our PO Box. If this is not received, you will not be allowed to participate the day of the event. Food vendors must have and display required permits. Proof of insurance must be mailed to P.O. Box 10925, Baltimore MD 21234 and be received no later than 9/1/15. Payment Must Accompany Application Forms. If payment is not included, applications will not be processed. Last day of regular registration is August 1, 2015. Space assignments are on a first come-first served basis. No refunds will be issued.
The Parkville-Carney Business Association, Inc. reserves the right to restrict and refuse an application’s participation if it exceeds the limitations of a category or for any other reason deemed unacceptable by the Fair Committee. In such cases, the application fee will be refunded and monies refunded. Vendor agrees to comply with all Fair regulations and guidelines as detailed here.
All vendors will receive space assignments by email or mail. Please observe the traffic restrictions when entering the Fair area. No motor vehicles will be permitted in the area after 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the Fair. Also no vehicles will be permitted on the grounds before 4:00 p.m. for dismantling. Please do not park in area business parking lots marked “Private Parking.” Please use Harford Road outside the Fair area and the side streets to park your vehicles after unloading. Check-In starts at 7:00 a.m. at Harford Road and Dubois Avenue and ends at 8:30 a.m. Permits, space designation ticket and your confirmation letter must be presented at time of check-in on the morning of the Fair. No admittance will be allowed without your space assignment ticket. Please do not block adjacent spaces while unloading. Each space will be approximately 10 wide x 10’ deep. If your table, booth, trailer or tent extends beyond these dimensions, you must reserve two spaces. Each space will back up to the curb area, and will protrude into the street no deeper than 15’.You must remain within the designated area of your space. No solicitation is allowed at the fair outside of your space.
Once an application is filed, there will be no change allowed without the written consent of the Fair Committee. Each application must list the exact type of exhibitor, i.e. food, craft (type of craft must be named), commercial sales, non-profit, etc.
There is no rain date scheduled for this event. The 31st Annual Parkville Towne Center Fair will be held rain or shine, except in the case of extreme or dangerous conditions, the event will be canceled. Be advised there are no refunds on fees paid.
